The Scanderbeg Association is a social promotion association founded in 2006 with the aim of promoting the full and satisfactory integration of Albanian citizens in Italy into the social context and everyday life, while at the same time encouraging the preservation of national identity. Over the years, the association has not only been constantly committed to promoting awareness and appreciation of Albanian culture and traditions in the Parma area and beyond, through important projects such as the Albanian Language School, a soccer team of the same name, dance workshops, and much more,

but has also devised and managed various social solidarity initiatives, addressing both the needs of the Albanian population living in the province of Parma and those living in their country of origin, Albania. Scanderbeg is therefore a meeting point between the Albanian community and the people of Parma, an association that symbolizes integration and seeks to respond to different customs and traditions, a tool that provides answers to the needs that arise in an increasingly fluid and changing global society.
